SHIPPING

 

Note that when you purchase multiple items, they may ship separately and will have separate delivery time-frames.

If you're purchasing a print-on-demand item, such as a pillow, blanket, tee, or phone case, it will leave on its journey to you approximately 2 to 7 days after placing your order and the shipping time after that is approximately as follows:

North America

USA: 3 to 5 business days

Canada: 5 to 10 business days

Beyond: 10 to 20 business days

*UK is commonly 2-5 business days

*New Zealand is commonly 14 days

*Australia is commonly 12-14 days

If you're purchasing any other item, such as The Bolt Bar, the shipping time will be approximately three to four weeks, however it can be less.

*Important: Shipments may result in customs fees and they are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you need to change the shipping address, contact us by email at hello@supplyjam.com immediately after ordering.

Supply Jam partners with Printful, a custom fulfillment service. If a shipment is lost and carrier tracking shows the Product was delivered, it’s the Customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, in that case, Printful won’t issue refunds or resend the Product.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy and we know this isn't a perfect world. So, we'll gladly review replacement/return requests with our fulfilment partner on the rare occasion your item has a printing error or arrives damaged.

Regarding sizes, we've provided a sizing chart on each product page. So, please read it carefully and contact us before ordering if you have any questions. If you need a different size, you can exchange the item and cover the price of return shipping.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@supplyjam.com immediately after placing your order. 

If your order never arrived, please review your shipping confirmation and the shipping address you supplied. If you entered an incorrect address, email us at hello@supplyjam.com and we can resend your order to a new address. You would be responsible for the cost of the new order.

If the address was correct, please email us at hello@supplyjam.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
